Korean & Japanese food fusion food. Their menu has very big selections from noodles to rice or sushi. I love their bento box because they have a little of everything. Tasty, crispy and savory with little sodium. Not as salty as most of places. Food is ready within 5 minute. Portion is good for two people. Plenty of seatings and well kept. Recommended!

Love this place. Always a favorite. Even my grand babies love it! Miso soap is so yummy.

Decent, quick, and friendly service. While similar to many other places, the prices have gone up, it is still a good spot for takeout one nights when cooking isn't happening.

For full transparency, I haven't had sushi from Bento Factory since 2019. BUT, I was so obsessed with the place that I would eat there once a week and even made my brother bring me sushi from there while I was in labor with my baby. The sushi is delicious. My favorite is the Ruby roll and the tempura roll. I always ordered from Uber Eats and the drivers would always comment on how awesome my lunch smelled. Give it a try - in fact, I'm going to go eat lunch there this week myself!

I was meeting some friends at a taphouse up the street that didn't offer food, so I kind of randomly selected Bento Factory, since it was close by. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the reviews were decent. I ordered their Bento box--at the counter, with other patrons who were eating there (there's no table service)--which came with California rolls, a couple of gyozas, a salad (definitely grabbed from a bag-o-salad and dumped into a bin in my to-go box), a clump of rice (sticky, the way it should be), and a healthy portion of teriyaki chicken. The food was decent, and met my current need. That said, the teriyaki chicken was really quite good. I'm not usually a fan--there are so many other options in Japanese fare--but when I go by Bento Factory again, I'll definitely order it.

So me and my husband were really hungry and went to get a late lunch! I have never been here but always wanted to for many years Me and my husband got bento box Mine was vegetarian with tofu soup salad vegetable rolls and egg roll and wow yummy Everything was good but didn't like the vegetables rolls mushy tasted But everything else was good my favorite was the tofu teriyaki omg it tasted like it was crusted with crumbs but not oily I been a vegetarian for 47 years and this was the frozen town I had this !!! My husband got a meat one it was teriyaki chicken he liked everything It was clean abs nice and parking was good and the owner was nice

I was really genuinely pleased and surprised! Short review: I can easily recommend/refer and I'm going back to try other combinations. Longer review: You know how you routinely drive by a place and think "I need to try that place out.", well the other day, after my workout - I did just that. I stopped at Bento Factory on Rucker (in Everett, WA). Starting with the service - The person at the counter was incredibly patient with me when I explained I 'needed a minute or two' as I'd never been there before and, they had a LOT of choices. She gave me plenty of time to read through the options - no heavy sighing or eye rolling in irritation at how long I was taking - I genuinely appreciated that courtesy! After I placed my order and in getting my drink, out of the blue one of the customers waiting on their 'to go order' initiated a conversation about what I ordered, volunteering how often they come to the place, and sharing their favorites. Here's the deal - I saw that as another indication of the quality and vibe of this place - staff are courteous & friendly, customers are friendly, I'm off to a great start! I opted to 'dine in' vs. 'take out' - The entire seating area was clean (critical for me!), orderly and easily accessible. The chairs can quickly and easily be moved allowing for wheelchair seating at a table. HINT: Getting into the place if one is disabled or in a wheelchair may require a buddy - but it can be done. My Bento Box #1 arrived in just a few minutes - and it was 'pretty' (sorry, I didn't take a picture as I was starving having just come from working out!) - there was: - a Green Salad with a wonderful tasting dressing, - California roll slices (4 of them) - Gyoza (2 of them) done to a crispness that I absolutely love, - Rice was done 'correctly' - to me, that means I can eat it with chopsticks and not have it fall apart or spill in my lap between my plate and mouth, - Sweet & Sour Chicken - that was a solid balance of sweet and sour - Salt/Pepper/Soy Sauce at the table While I ate, other diners came in for both eating in or take out and there were consistent, not just courteous but genuinely friendly exchanges at entrance, in dealing with orders and upon leaving - again, another indication of the type of place this is. ... In the end ... I took a copy of their take out menu so I can better prepare for next time (and there WILL BE a next time) and encourage you, if driving by - pull in and give Bento Factory of Everett a try. Oh! Yes - They do have gift certificates if you are looking to give a gift, recognize or reward someone.

I had a daily special bento box. I ordered Teriyaki chicken, salad, rice, 4 sushi rolls... I received excellent customer when I was there. I would definitely visit again whenever I'm in that area. 100% recommend stopping here.
